Created by Grand Master J.G. Park, Power Tae is a high-energy, music pumping cardiovascular workout. Because of the movements it involves, Power Tae is effective in toning and defining the body’s musculature.
Power Tae combines Taekwondo, cardio, kick-boxing and cardio-weight movements done to high energy up beat music. An hour-long Power Tae workout will burn 500 to 800 calories and it also improves one’s balance, flexibility and coordination.
