Power Tae Fitness
Created by Grand Master J.G. Park, Power Tae is high-energy, music pumping cardiovascular workout. Because of the movements it involves, Power Tae is effective in toning and defining the body’s musculature.
Power Tae combines Taekwondo, cardio, kick-boxing and cardio-weight movements done to high energy up beat music. An hour-long Power Tae workout will burn 500 to 800 calories and it also improves one’s balance, flexibility, coordination.

Power barre is a workout that combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, and muscle strengthening through yoga, pilates, ballet and orthopedic exercise.
Power Barre classes integrate the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape the entire body.
Because of the movements involved, Power Barre is perfect for toning and defining the body’s musculature. Our non-impact workout uses both the ballet barre and the mat, and targets all major muscle groups.
