U.S. Taekwondo Academy takes safety seriously
We offer classes for members of all ages, skill & fitness levels, in a non-intimidating, family-oriented, team environment.
We all train together like a team. The more experienced members spar and help the newest members. Although we take our training seriously, we make sure that you have a ton of fun while you get in the best shape of your life.
This demonstration focuses on the importance of discipline, hard work, and respect for others.
Besides emphasizing these important qualities, our show and tell program also allows your student to build confidence by demonstrating their Taekwondo techniques in front of their classmates/peers. By participating in the Show & Tell program, your student is able to earn his or her confidence medal.
